Meu Bairro is the occurrence registration platform of the Union of Parishes of Massamá and Monte Abraão.Through this platform, citizens can communicate in a simple, precise and intuitive way.You can register an incident found on a public street, adding a comment (text) and evidence (maximum of 3 photographs).The location is automatic, or you can select the location of the occurrence on the map.You can view the status of your incidents in real time, from the time they are submitted until they are resolved.
You can also give your opinion regarding your satisfaction with how your incident was resolved.In the list of occurrences you can see: - Pending Occurrences - Closed Occurrences - Incidents to be sent (the app can work offline - when there is WiFi they are sent) - All OccurrencesUse this tool, so your requests will be properly forwarded so that they are responded to as quickly as possible.
